A: In just 9 super-easy steps - get started today!

1. Click on this link to open the sample MadLip template.
2. Fill in your story title, summary, author and website in the template - these will all be displayed in the MadLipz iPhone App so you get full credit for all your hard work!
3. Write your MadLip story - don't worry about selecting the words you want to randomize yet.  Your story should be several paragraphs - enough to pick 10-20 good random words for the user to select.
4. In your story, select the first word you want to randomize and put it in parenthesis.  Now change it to it's word category either using the list above, or your own custom category.
5. Now comes the really fun part - if you want, put a colon (:) after the word and add a list of up to 10 suggested words for your category.  So, for example if you want to add the category "hair-product" you could enter the following: "(hair-product:shampoo,conditioner,gel,mousse,glitter,spray-paint)"  You get the idea!
6. Now, go to the next word you want to randomize in your MadLip and repeat steps 4 & 5 above until you come to the end of your story.
7. Save your MadLip somewhere safe on your computer! :)
8. Click this link to open an email and paste your original MadLip and hit "Send"
9. We will contact you shortly to let you know if your MadLip has been approved for publication and when you can expect to see it in the App!
